Help wanted for Recording Town Council Meetings
The VTDMC has been posting MP3 audio files of Vernon Township Council meetings on our web site, along with handouts. Unfortunately, with the change of meeting night, our volunteer is no longer able to attend the meetings regularly.  Audio of the 2007 meetings is still available on our Town Council Meetings page.  If you are interested in recording  meetings for us, drop us a line at info@vernondemocrats.org.

Welcome to the Vernon Township (NJ) Democratic Municipal Committee – Working for change through local action

 

The Vernon Township Democratic Municipal Committee meets the third Tuesday of each month, at 7:30 pm. The meetings are held at the Nordic House (formerly the Internat Cafe) 233 Route 94, Vernon, NJ 07462. Meetings are open to anyone interested in supporting Democratic activities. Mary Ellen, a 15-year resident of Highland Lakes, brings many years of civic service to her candidacy. Mary Ellen was born and raised in New Jersey, is married and has two children. A graduate of William Paterson University with four teaching certifications, Mary Ellen has been a special education teacher for 25 years.  See her campaign page for details.
